Soft Over Ball

• Soft and light resistance ball allowing you to perform a wide range of exercises, varying from muscle strengthening to low-impact exercises
• With a dimpled texture the Soft Over Ball is easy to grip with considerable resilience and resistance, it is an ideal tool for rehabilitation, Pilates and exercise
• Simply inflate by mouth with straw provided. It can be folded so easy and compact to transport 
• A brochure with some exemplifying exercises is included in the package
• Please inflate according to the softness and resiliency which are required by the type of exercise
• Recommended weight: max. 80 kg – 180 lbs / Tested load capacity: max. 100 kg – 220 lbs
• When fully inflated the ball is approx 25cm in diameter
